Dr. Ellingsworth is a Participating Provider in network with Aetna, Cigna, Delta Dental Premier, and Dental Care Plus. We gladly accept all insurances except Medicaid, however we are not in network with all companies which may result in a difference in the out-of-pocket expense. Please call our office if you have any questions regarding your specific insurance.
