Dr Erik Ellingsworth received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from Ohio State University in 1998. He then chose to continue his education by completing a general dentistry residency at the Medical College of Ohio. In July of 1999 he went into private practice in Fairfield, Ohio.

In 2009, Dr. Ellingsworth had the honor of being selected by his peers as one of the Top Dentists in Cincinnati, as published in Cincinnati Magazine. He was honored to received this distinction in 2010 and 2015. We are excited that Dr. Ellingsworth has been selected as a Top Dentist in Cincinnati again in 2016!!

Dr. Ellingsworth enjoys the many facets dentistry has to offer; especially meeting new people and helping his patients achieve the smile or restoration they desire. He is accompanied by an expert staff with over 80 years of combined experience. Dr. Ellingsworth and his staff are constantly taking continuing education courses to keep abreast of the latest advancements in materials and procedures.
